For more than 20 years Anti-Poverty Week has operated in Australia around the UN Day for the Eradication of Poverty, to help Australians understand poverty and to take action collectively to end it.

It’s an important opportunity to make change.

In 2026, Anti-Poverty Week will be held from Sunday 11 October to Saturday 17 October.
